摘要
参照德国皮革偶氮染料中间体检测方法,用高效液相色谱法对染色皮革中禁用偶氮染料中间体──18种芳香胺的定性、定量分析进行了研究。结果表明,在一定色谱条件下,除2,4-二氨基苯甲醚和2,4-二氨基甲苯回收率较低外,其它化合物的回收率均达到“DIN53316”方法的要求。
The qualitative and quantitative analysis of 18 aromatic amines which can be formed through cleavage of banned azo dyes in colored leather were studied hy means of high performance liquid chromtography. The results showed that 18 aromatic amines could be separated effectively under certain chromatographic conditions. The recovery rates for all amines except 2, 4 - diaminoanisole and 2, 4-toluylenediamine were higher much more than the least value required in the method 'DIN 53316' .
