摘要
对丙烯酸树脂皮革涂饰剂中游离甲醛的高效液相色谱分析方法进行了系统研究,对样品的预处理、衍生条件和色谱分离方法进行了探讨,实现了涂饰剂中游离甲醛的准确定量。该方法线性关系良好,回归方程y=104658x+24341(r2=0.99993),线性范围为16.0-800mg/kg,加标回收率在96.7%-108.3%范围,不同浓度样品相对标准偏差在1.0%-6.8%之间。
The determination of free formaldehyde in acrylic resin leather finishing agent by high performance liquid chromatography method was studied in this paper. The pretreatment of sample, derivation and HPLC conditions were optimized to obtain good test results. The calibration curve for formaldehyde gave good linearity. The linear regression equation was established as y=104658x+24341, with linearity range of 16.0-800 mg/kg and correlation coefficient of 0.99993. The recovery range was 96.7%-108.3% and the relative standard derivation ( RSD) for different concentration samples was found to be 1.0%-6.8%
