摘要
采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定了浙江10 种野菜中钙、镁、铜、铁、锰、锌6 种营养元素的含量。这些野菜的营养元素含量明显高于常规蔬菜。
The 6 nutritious elements (Ca, Mg, Cu, Fe, Mn, Zn) containing in 10 wild potherbs of Zhejiang Province were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The content of these elements in these wild potherbs is obviously higher than routine vegetables.
