摘要
本文采用ICP-AES法测定了铝合金中的Fe、Si、Mo、Zr、Ti、Y,并对样品的溶解方法、共存元素间的光谱干扰、内标元素的选择等进行了研究,建立的分析方法简便快速,有较好的精密度和准确度。
The method of the determination of Fe,Si,Mo,Zr,Ti,Y in aluminium alloy by ICP AES has been proposed.The factors such as the preparation of the sample solutions,the interference of matrix and co exist elements,the selection of the internal standard element have been investigated.The established method is convenient and rapid with good precision and accuracy.
