摘要
建立过氧化氢法测定魔芋凝胶食品中二氧化钛含量的检测方法。样品经硫酸—硝酸—硝酸铵消化完全后,以过氧化氢作为显色剂,在410nm波长下测定吸光度,二氧化钛含量和吸光度呈正比例关系。结果表明,该方法平均回收率为102.76%,相对标准偏差为1.55%。该方法重复性好,准确度高,操作简单。
The method of determination of titanium dioxide in konjac products by hydrogen peroxide process was established.The sample was completely digested by sulfuric acid-nitric acid- ammonium nitrate.It was determinated with hydrogen peroxide as a reagent at 410nm wavelength.The content of titanium dioxide and absorbance was direct proportion relationship.The results showed that the average recovery of the method was 102.76%, relative standard deviation was 1.55% .This method was reproducible, high accurate and easy for operation.
