摘要 采用同步置零的方法消除刺激脉冲的伪迹,提取被刺激肌肉的诱发肌电。选取肌电的平均绝对值(MAV)反应被刺激肌肉的状态信息并且作为刺激器的反馈参量。闭环控制由PD-PID选择算法与微机系统实现。通过对10例正常人和不同程度的偏瘫志愿者,用此新方法及常规开环神经肌肉功能刺激,进行了初步对比评价,证明本方法的响应速度,频率响应,线性度和稳定性较开环有很大改善。基于本方法的可行性与本装置的简易性,值得进一步完善,使其对慢性偏瘫病人有更好的治疗效果。 A synchronously zero setting method was developed to remove the artifacts of stimulating pulses in order to get the evoked EMG of stimulated muscles. The mean absolute value (MAV) of the detected EMG was taken as the information of a stimulated muscle's status and as the feedback parameter of the controller. FNS closed loop control was realized by a PD-PID alternative control algorithm and a microprocessor system designed for computing and controlling. This new method and apparatus were evaluated in comparison with conventional open loop FNS in 10 normal and hemiplegic volunteers, The primary results of clinical exploration showed that response speed, frequency response linearity and stability of this electromyographically closed loop control system was improved more obviously than the corresponding performance obtained in conventional FNS method. On the basis of feasibility in methodology and simplicity in device, it is worth to perfect this new modality for chronic hemiplegia.
