摘要
通过建立三维有限元模型来分析大腿假肢接受腔与残肢之间的载荷传递。此模型基于残肢、骨和接受腔的几何形状 ,使用非线性弹性的软组织特性 ,考虑界面摩擦滑动条件 ,施加相同于行走中的外部载荷。同临床试验测试的结果进行对比表明了模型的准确性。
A 3D finite element model has been developed to analyze the stress distribution between a lower residual limb and its prosthetic socket.Based on the actual geometry of the residual limb and the prosthetic socket,the FE simulation considered the effect of nonlinear mechanical properties of the soft tissue,interfacial friction/ship conditions and external loads during walking.The results have been compared with those clinically measured.
