随着对换档品质。燃油经济性等方面要求的不断提高,自动变速箱在轿车上的装车率也逐步提高。目前自动变速箱的主流形式是液力机械式。最新的发展方向集中在以下几方面:变矩器的高效率化、多档位化、变矩器闭锁离合器的打滑控制、换档点控制的智能化、换档过渡过程的高品质化和保留手动模式。本文详细讨论了上述各项技术的发展背景。
Now the installation ratio of automatic transmission in car is continusly increasing in order to satisfy the requirements for shift quatification, fuel economy and intelligent control. The leading type commonly applied for car is HMT (hydrodynamic mechanical transmission). The HMT derelopment moves the following new directions such as high efficiency of torque converter, more gear ratios. slip control of lock up cluch, intelligence of control for shift points, high qualification of shift feel and maunal shift model. Here we discuss the background, key technology and development trend of every direction.
