摘要
目的:探讨分层管理模式在提高医院护士的护理质量中的临床应用价值。方法:我院于2010年2月~2011年2月对我院内科的护理人员实施了分级管理,并与2009年1月-2010年1月未实施分级管理时期的理论知识考核结果、基础操作考核结果和满意度调查结果进行比较研究。结果:研究组的理论知识及基础操作考核成绩明显高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(t=7.56、7.12,P均〈O.05)。研究组的满意率明显高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(X2=-7.71,P〈O.05)。结论:分级管理法在l临床护理管理中的应用效果明显,可以有效提高护理质量和护士的满意度,可以最大限度发挥护理人员在各自岗位上的功能,值得进一步研究及推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical application value of nurses hierarchical management model in improving the quality of nurse. Methods: From February 2010 to February 2011, the nurses on hospital Branch implemented a hierarchical manage- ment, and management at different levels during the theoretical knowledge examination results is not implemented in January 2009 toJanuary 2010. the underlying operating results of the exam and satisfaction survey results were compared. Results: The study group of the- oretical knowledge and basic operation test results was significantly higher, and the difference was statistically significant (t = 7.56,7.12, P 〈0.05). The satisfaction rate of the study group was significantly higher, and the difference was statistically significant ( X 2= 7.71, P 〈0.05). Conclusion: The classification management method in clinical care management can improve the quality of care and nurse satisfaction, and maximize the functionality of the nudes in their respective positions, and worthy of further research and promotion.
