摘要
结合现代制造技术 ,就精密测试技术具有生命力的研究方向提出展望。内容包括零废品生产中的测量控制、视觉检测技术、测量方法的多样化、大尺寸测量与纳米测量。
Some prospective precision inspection techniques for advanced manufacture technology are discussed in this paper. They include: the measuring and controlling in the zero defect production, vision inspection technology, a variety of measurement methods, the measuring for the large size or small size-nanometer, the tracing to the source for the measurement datum.
