摘要
温度误差对精密测试的精度影响较大,本文论述温度误差的一般表达式和几种常见特殊情况的表达式,指出采用近似的温度误差公式,必须了解由此引起的误差。
Temperature errors have great effect on precision of precive measurement. This artical have discused general expressions of temperature errors and the expressions of several ordinary special circumstances. It points out using approximate temperature error formulas must understand the errors which they cause.
