摘要
目的:研究百脉根的显微结构特征,为鉴定、开发利用和制定其质量标准提供参考依据。方法:对百脉根的根、茎、叶横切面组织构造和粉末特征进行显微鉴别。结果:根韧皮部散有纤维束,具初生射线;茎射线宽广,髓部宽大或破裂成空洞状;叶栅栏组织过中脉;粉末中易见棕色块。结论:以上特征具有鉴别意义,可做为鉴别百脉根的参考依据。
Objective:Microscopic identification characteristics research on Lotus corniculatus was performed to provide a reference for identification,utilization and quality standard of L.corniculatus.Method: Microscopic identification of the transaction and powder characteristic in roots,stems and leaves of L.corniculatus was studied.Result: There are primary rays in the root and fibers in the phloem;the rays of stem are broad,the pith also broad and as a cavity;palisade tissue of leaf through primary vein.There are many brown pieces in the powder.Conclusion: Those characteristics are microscopic identification significances,and it can be a reference for the identification of L.corniculatus.
