摘要
目的:对高山红景天药材进行化学成分研究。方法:高山红景天根及根茎的乙醇提取物,经正相硅胶柱、ODS柱、SephadexLH-20凝胶柱色谱以及半微量制备型HPLC色谱分离、纯化。结果:分离得到7个单体化合物,经谱学数据及理化性质鉴定为熊果苷(arbutin,1)、表百脉根苷(epilotaustralin,2)、垂盆草苷(sarmentosin,3)、红景天苷(salidroside,4)、苄基-β-D-葡萄糖苷(benzyl-β-D-glucopyranoside,5)、络塞维(rosavin,6)和百脉根苷(lotau-stralin,7)。结论:化合物1~3为首次从高山红景天中分离得到。
Objective: To investigate chemical constituents of Rhodiola sachalinensis A. Bor. Methods: The rhizoma and the root of R. sachalinensis A. Bor were extracted with ethanol, and the ethanol extract was separated and purified by silica gel , ODS and Sephadex LH-20 column, followed by reversed-phase semimicropreparation HPLC chromatography. The structures of these compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis. Results: Seven compounds were isolated and identified as : arbutin ( 1 ) , epilotaustralin ( 2 ) , sarmentosin ( 3 ) , salidroside (4) , benzyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (5), rosavin (6), and lotaustralin (7) . Conclusion: The compounds 1 -3 were isolated from R. sachalinensis A. Bor for the first time.
