摘要
目的:对锦鸡儿的脂溶性成分进行研究。方法:冷浸法提取锦鸡儿中脂溶性成分,气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术检测。结果:在锦鸡儿中分离鉴定出18个化合物,占色谱总馏分出峰面积的82.36%。结论:锦鸡儿脂溶性成分主要为脂肪酸类(63.31%)。
Objective：To analyze the fat-soluble components of Caragana sinica.Method： The fat-soluble component was extracted by cold-soak extraction,and GC-MS was used to analyze their components.Result： 18 compounds were identified,amounting for 82.36%.Conclusion： The fatty acids were the main components,amounting for 63.31% of the total fat-soluble components.
