摘要
介绍了等同采用 IEC 60 870— 5— 1 0 3标准制订的中国电力行业标准 DL/ T 667— 1 999的作用和意义以及 IEC 60 870— 5— 1 0 3标准和 IEC 61 850标准之间的关系 ,针对我国变电站自动化系统对IEC60 870— 5— 1 0 3和 IEC61 850标准的一些误解给予特别说明和解释 ,提出在我国应大力贯彻和执行 DL/ T 667— 1 999。
The effect and significance of electric power industry standard of China,DL /T 6 6 7— 1999 companion standard for the informative interface of protection equipment ,which corresponds to the international standard IEC6 0 870 -5 -10 3,are introduced.The relationship between published standard IEC 6 0 870 -5 -10 3 and the international standard IEC 6 185 0 being published a standard for substation communication network and system is also presented.The paper gives some special explanations to the misunderstandings during the implementation of international standard IEC6 0 870 -5 -10 3and IEC6 185 0 in China.Being a formally enacted national standard,we should carry out DL /T 6 6 7— 1999consistently and thoroughly.
