摘要
变电站自动化在我国迅速发展,文章介绍了变电站自动化系统的结构和传输规约。文章还指出,国际上对“变电站综合自动化”的提法已经作了重要修正,改为“变电站自动化”、“变电站自动化系统”,取消了“综合”一词;国际标准的传输规约已经出版,一些国际标准化组织对制定统一的《变电站通信网络和系统》标准已经达成共识,文章希望我国有关部门和制造厂家给于足够的关注和重视。
Substation automation is being developed rapidly in China. The configuration and the transmission protocol for substation automation system are presented in this paper. It is specified that the term 'substation integrated automation' should be changed to 'substation automation', and the term 'Integrated' should be canceled. The international standard of transmission protocol has been published, and some international standardization organizations are in agreement on enacting the standard of ' communication network and system in substation' to avoid different standards for substation communication. It is expected that the concerning departments and manufacturers in China can pay more attention to it.
