摘要
提出了一种洪水预报综合分析专家系统，其中针对洪水预报的特点，引入模糊综合评判的概念，以实现对预报结果的综合分析；经实践检验，效果显著。
This paper presents a comprehensive analysis eXPert system for flood forecashng, and according to the characteristics of flood forecasting,the concept of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is introduced to carry out the synthetic analyssis of forecasting results, the experimental results show that the effect of the expert system is notable.
