摘要
在现场实测数据的基础上,根据运行规程拟定捷制200MW机组的冷态启动和温态启动曲线;建立高压转子温度场和应力场有限元计算模型,确定相应的边界条件;计算分析在这两种工况下高压转于的温度场和热应力场。
Based on the operation data, the cold start-up and warm start-up curves of a CZECHO 200 MW steam turbine are worked out according to the operation rules: the FEM calculating models of the temperature field and stress field of the high pressure rotor are established, and the suitable boundary conditions are given: the temperature field and stress field of the high pressure rotor are calculated and analysized during these two working situation.
