摘要
目的:了解静脉输液患者健康教育需求。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷对100例静脉输液患者进行调查分析。结果:发放问卷100份,回收有效问卷100份。静脉输液患者中健康教育要求居于前7位的是讲解输液安全,药物作用及不良反应,药物名称,全天的用药量,输液速度,液体滴完时的处理,拔针后的护理;输液过程中担心的问题居于前3位的是输错液体,穿刺失败,液体走空。结论:保障输液安全是满足患者需求的前提,护士在工作中应加强工作责任心,提高静脉穿刺技术水平,遵守各项操作规程,体现以人为本的服务理念。
Objective ：To understand the health education demand of venous infusion patientsr Methods： Used the questionnaire which independently designs to 100 example in hospital venous Iransfusion patient to early on the diagnosis. Results： Distribution questionnaire 100, recycling effective questionnaire 100. The returns - ratio was 100%. In hospital patients venous transfusion health education request resides in first 7 was explains the infusion security, the medicine name, the entire day uses the dose, the infusion speed, the liquid drops when the processing, removes the acupuncture needles after the nursing, the question which in the infusion process worried resides in first three to lose the wrong liquid, the puncture defeat, the liquid walks spatially. Conclusion ： The safeguard infusion security is meets the patient need the premise, the enhancement work sense of responsibility, raises the venipuncture technical level, observes each working instruction, manifests the humanist service idea.
