摘要
探索优质护理服务实施过程中护士快速增长存在的护理安全隐患,针对性地制定了系统化岗前培训、专科培训与"导师制"低年资护士培训、分层管理与责任制整体护理相结合排班等措施,较好地解决了护理人员迅速增加与护理安全之间的矛盾,保证了护理质量和安全。
To research the hidden danger of nursing safety in hign quality nursing service with number of nurse growth so fast,we have enacted strategy of management,such as： systematized training for new nurses,special course of study and a stabile teacher for low-past service nurses,level administration and system of job responsibility in arrange attendance.These strategies has proved good for contradictory between number of nurse growth and nursing safety.
