摘要
探索优质护理服务实施过程中护士快速增长存在的护理安全隐患,针对性地制定了系统化岗前培训、专科培训与"导师制"低年资护士培训、分层管理与责任制整体护理相结合排班等措施,较好地解决了护理人员迅速增加与护理安全之间的矛盾,保证了护理质量和安全。
To research the hidden danger of nursing safety in hign quality nursing service with number of nurse growth so fast,we have enacted strategy of management,such as: systematized training for new nurses,special course of study and a stabile teacher for low-past service nurses,level administration and system of job responsibility in arrange attendance.These strategies has proved good for contradictory between number of nurse growth and nursing safety.
