摘要
本文立足于目前我国金融改革的现状 ,明确提出四大国有商业银行股份化的现实迫切性 ,并从分工与专业化的新视角诠释了这一改革的理论可行性。鉴于股份化改革的系统性 ,文章中列举了几个重要的改革难点及其解决途径。在上述基础上 ,作者提出了“自上而下”的操作思路 。
This paper is based on the current situations of Chinese finance reform.it definitely points out the realistic urgency of the Stock-System reform of four State-Owned commercial banks and annotates the theoretical feasibility from the new visual angle of the division of labour and specialization.In view of the systematize of the Stock-System reform,it puts forward several difficulties of the reform and their solution.Based on the above,we point out the “from top to bottom operation” thought,aiming at revealing the network effect under the economies of specialization.
