摘要
信息效率决定了金融监管系统的控制能力与金融系统的竞争程度 ,是有效金融监管的核心因素 ,金融系统所处环境的信息规范程度对金融监管机制有约束作用。金融监管可以利用信息约束 ,形成金融系统“租收入” ,但是过度的信息约束最终将造成“租返还” ,此时需要披露金融信息使社会趋向合理的风险预期。我国金融监管效率受强烈的信息约束 。
Information efficiency is the core factor to the financial regulation ability and the competitive ability of financial system. The degree of information standardization in the financial system has a restriction on the financial supervision mechanism. The financial regulators can use information restriction and then to make “rental income” in finacial system. However, immoderacy information restriction will finally create a “rental repatriation”, and at that time it is needed to disclosure more information to turn the risk expectation of society more rational. China’s financial regulation efficiency is limited by the intense information restrictions. Therefore, the financial information standardization should be strengthened extensively.
