摘要
针对连铸大方坯内部存在中心疏松与裂纹缺陷的问题,通过凝固传热模型研究其凝固传热过程,从而获得铸坯温度与凝固坯壳厚度分布,以及两相区区间。在此基础上开发了大方坯轻压下工艺,确定了最佳的轻压下区间和压下量。采用优化的轻压下技术,铸坯内部质量得到了明显的提升,基本上消除了中心疏松和裂纹的问题。
Aimed at the problems of a lot of central porosity and crack in continuous casting bloom at the initial stage in Baosteel, the process of solidification and heat transfer of the bloom was studied with the model of heat transfer and solidification, the distribution of temperature and shell thickness in continuous casting bloom was got, and the mush zone was determined. Based on these results, the soft reduction process for continuous casting bloom was developed, and the best reduction range and reduction distance were found. Using optimized processs, the central porosity and crack were almost avoided and the central quality was obviously improved.
