摘要
介绍了在液态金属成形过程中进行功率超声处理的关键设备。综述了功率超声处理在提高铸件组织及性能方面的研究及应用现状,包括:晶粒细化、组织均匀化、减小和防止偏析、去除气体和夹杂物。结合相关研究提出了在液态金属成形过程中加入合适的颗粒,研究超声对液态金属中夹杂物碎化及弥散行为,从而进一步提高铸件组织及性能的研究思路和方法。
The ultrasonic treatment system and key equipments for liquid metal processing were described, the research and development of improving the structure and properties of metal castings using ultrasonic treatment were summarized, including grain refinement, microstructure homogenization, segregation avoidance, degassing, removal of inclusions etc. Based on the relative research on ultrasonic treatment and its mechanism in melt, a new idea and method with adding suitable particles during liquid metal processing was presented to study the possibilities, mechanism and behaviors of refining and dispersing inclusion with ultrasonic treatment.
