摘要
借助于X射线衍射、扫描电镜、光学显微镜,研究了采用熔配法制备新型稀土铝钛硼中间合金时,强力搅拌对稀土铝钛硼中间合金显微组织的影响,以及稀土铝钛硼中间合金对α-Al细化后重熔组织的影响。结果表明,强力搅拌对稀土铝钛硼中间合金显微组织产生积极影响,强力搅拌后其中间合金组织分布越均匀,有效形核核心就越多,细化后重熔细化效果越好。细化后第1次重熔细化效果不降低,随着重熔次数的增加,形核核心聚集沉淀,有效形核核心减少,重熔细化效果衰退。
A new green aluminum grain refiner RE-Al-Ti-B master alloy was prepared by mix-melting method. The effects of powerful mechanical stir on the microstructure of RE-Al-Ti-B master alloy and the master alloy on the remelting microstructure of refined α-A1 in remelting were studied by XRD, SEM and OM. The results show that the powerful mechanical stir has a very strong effect on the microstructure of RE-Al-Ti-B master alloy. The more evenly the microstructure of the master alloy distributes after powerful mechanical stir, the more the effective nucleation cores and the better the results of remelting refining. The first remelting effect after refining is not declined. With the increase of remelting times, the nucleation cores gather and precipitate, and the effective nucleation cores reduce, the refining effect in remelting declines.
