摘要
采用新工艺方案,配合使用成分改良了的熔剂,生产出了Al-5Ti-B中间合金。研究结果表明,Al-5Ti-B中间合金的微观组织得到改善,TiB2相呈细粒状,均匀弥散分布在α-Al基体上,平均尺寸为0.35~2.0μm;TiAl3呈块状均匀分布,平均尺寸约在25~95μm之间。金相观察没有发现化合物/组成相的区域偏聚现象。
Al-5Ti-B master alloy was produced by new way, and new flux was used in the new technology. The microstructure of AI-5Ti-B was improved. TiB2 appeared as fine particles and uniformly distributed in α-Al matrix, the average size is about 0.35~2μm. And average size of TiAl3 is 25~95 μm, Which looked like block. There was no aliquation of chemical compounds detected by optical observer.
