摘要
锋面气旋移到海上时也会对舰艇的航行安全造成一定的威胁,本文根据相关资料设定危险度等级,确定威胁因子,基于模糊隶属度建立舰船航行的危险度评估模型,并假设舰艇自东向西穿越锋面气旋航行,那么舰艇穿越锋面气旋时所经历的情况也就代表了锋面气旋内部每个区域的危险度,对这些区域的危险度进行比较,并提出舰艇避离锋面气旋的最佳方法。
Because frontal cyclone would intimidate the security of naval ships on sea, this paper establishes the grade of risk degree, confirms threaten factors and builds the model of risk degree based on fuzzy assessment. Suppose naval ships navigated through frontal cyclone from east to west, it means each circumstance that ships experienced represents a risk degree. Then, these risk degrees are compared, and the best means of avoiding frontal cyclone are put forward.
