摘要
采用Y型嗅觉仪,观测了桃蚜(Myzus persicae)对不同植物材料在不同条件下的定向和选择行为。结果表明,寄主植物白菜的气味对桃蚜有明显的引诱作用,而韭菜等非寄主植物的气味对桃蚜无明显的引诱作用,甚至有排斥作用;桃蚜对非寄主植物韭菜在自然状态下和经过机械损伤后产生的挥发物的选择行为不同。
It is a vital approach that secondary metabolize product of non-host plant is utilized to control Myzus persicae.The location and preference of M.persicae to different plant odour sources were investigated with ＂Y ＂ tube olfactometer.The result showed that host plant,Chinese cabbage,for example,attracted M.persicae significantly.However,the non-host plant,such as leek,could not attract significantly and even exclude to M.persicae.There is a difference between the preferences of M.persicae to the same non-host plant in nature status and mechanical wound.
