摘要
研究了七叶一枝花提取物ParispolyphyllaSmith与增效剂复配对柑桔全爪螨Panoychuscitri(McGregor)的毒杀活性。结果表明,七叶一枝花提取物单用对柑桔全爪螨的致死中浓度(LC50)为1588.537μg/ml,邻苯二酚和氮酮对七叶一枝花提取物均有显著增效作用,致死浓度分别达284.506和768.588μg/ml,分别增效5.6和2.1倍。田间试验结果表明,七叶一枝花提取物与邻苯二酚混用,药后1、3、10、15和20天,校正防效分别达59.74%、71.12%、91.19%、95.50%和95.43%。
Toxicity of Paris polyphyUa Smith and P. polyphylla-synergistic substances mixtures on Panoychus citri (McGregor) were studied by examining the toxicity of P. polyphyllo, P. polyphylla mixed with pyrocatechol, calcium sulfate and HP - Ⅰ respectively on P. cirri in laboratory. Results showed that the LC50 of P. polyphylla alone was 1588.537 μg/ml. Both Pyrocatechol and HP- Ⅰ had noticeable synergisms and the LC50 was 284.506 μg/ml and 768.588 μg/ml, and the multiple of synergism was 5.6 and 2.1 respectively. The emended effects of the combinations of P. polyphyllaand pyrecatechol on P. cirri were 59.74 %, 71.12%, 91.19 %, 95.50 % and 95.43 % respectively after 1, 3, 10, 15 and 20 d in field tests.
