摘要
通过对电站锅炉再热器系统的分析,基于质量守恒、动量守恒、能量守恒、管道金属蓄热平衡方程和热力参数之间的关系式,建立了对流换热式再热系统的动态计算模型,并以600MW电站锅炉机组为例,将由模型计算得出的结果与实际运行数据分析比较,验证了再热器动态模型的精度和合理性,能够较好地反映机组的动态特性。研究结果将为机组动态过程的定量分析和仿真打下良好基础。
By analyzing the boiler reheater system, based on mass conservation, momentum conservation, energy conservation, pipeline metal regeneration balance equation and therelationship between the thermal parameters, the dynamic model of thermal system ot renea- ter is constructed, and with a 600 MW power plant boiler unit as an example, the results cal- culated by the model and the plant historian data are by a comparative analysis, the accuracy and rationality of the dynamic model are verified as which can reflect the dynamic characteris- tics of the unit. The results will lay a good foundation for the quantitative analysis and simu- lation of the dynamic process of the unit.
