越南Cam 6A煤质成分变化对锅炉热效率影响的分析

摘要 以600MW电站锅炉为模型,利用热损失法(ASME PTC4.1)计算燃用设计煤和5种实测煤(Cam 6A煤)时锅炉的各项热损失,分析得出各项热损失对锅炉热效率的影响情况。分析煤质中各成分变化对各项热损失的影响关系,对比设计煤与实测煤的锅炉各项热损失情况,对燃烧锅炉设计和调试运行提供指导意见。 Making a model of the boiler installed in the 600MW coal fired thermal power plant, different heat losses of the boiler of the burning design coal and the other five kinds of actually measured coal ( Cam 6A) are calclllated by means of heat losses analysis ( ASME PTC 4. 1), it figures out the impact of different heat losses on thermal efficiency of the boiler. This paperanalyzes the relationship between the coal composition variation and each boiler heat loss, and it compares heat losses of the design coal and actually measured coal, so as to give directions and suggestions to the design of boiler and its operation.
