摘要
利用芽孢杆菌耐高温的特性,从烟叶表面分离筛选并得到1株可高效降解蛋白质的菌株F-Y-11,其蛋白质降解圈直径与菌落直径比值(HC值)为5.50,蛋白酶活力为25.67 U。通过形态学特征及生理生化特征鉴定菌株F-Y-11为芽孢杆菌属。将其制成菌剂对烟丝进行发酵,测得蛋白质降解率为29.32%。
A strain called F-Y-11 was isolated and screened from tobacco leaf surfaces. Its HC value, i.e. ratio of colo- ny diameter to protein degradation circle diameter, is 5.50 and proteolytic activity 25.67U. F-Y-11 strain was identified as bacillus by morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics. Bacillus agent was prepared to ferment cut tobacco and resulted in a 29.32% of protein degradability under certain conditions.
