摘要
针对高技能人才的"老"、"少"、"难"、"旧"、"缺"等问题,创新培养模式,构建"三个突出、四个目标、五个层次"的实践教学新体系,设计"大平台、主方向、小岗位"工学结合的人才培养方案,重构基于工作过程和岗位模型的课程体系,推行"教、学、做"一体化开放式情境教学,建立与高技能人才培养模式相适应的"三全式"教学评价体系。教学实践表明,在教学与研究、专业建设、招生与就业等方面都取得显著成效。
According to problems of talents cultivation, high-skilled talents cultivating mode is innovated and new practice teaching system is constructed. Talents scheme for work-integrated learning is designed, mean- while, curriculum system based on working process and post model is reconstructed, integration of openning teaching is implemented, and teaching evaluation system is established which corresponds to high-skill talents cultivating mode. Results show that remarkable achievements can be obtained in teaching and researching, pofessional construction, students enrollment and employment, etc.
