摘要
通过对三叶期玉米进行不同程度的干旱处理,分别于24 h和48 h后测定玉米幼苗叶片可溶性蛋白质、丙二醛(MDA)、游离脯氨酸含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性共6个生理生化指标的变化。结果表明:不同处理玉米幼苗的生理生化指标均出现一定的变化规律,即随干旱胁迫程度的增加和时间的推移,可溶性蛋白、游离脯氨酸和MDA含量均呈增加趋势,SOD、POD和CAT活性总体呈现上升的趋势。
Three -leaf- stage maize was treated with different drought stress levels, and six physiologi- cal and biochemical indexes including the contents of soluble protein, malondialdehyde (MDA) and free pro- line and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) were meas- ured after 24 and 48 hours. The results showed that with the increase of drought stress level and the extension of time, the contents of soluble protein, free preline and MDA increased, and the activities of SOD, POD and CAT also showed the increasing trend.
