摘要 基于Taguchi方法,以射孔枪管形状参数中的管半径、射孔枪孔眼半径和开孔数为3水平试验因素,设计出一个3因素3水平正交表,通过有限元数值试验,计算了结构的极限载荷和位移。通过对结果进行极差和方差分析,确定了形状参数对结构性能的影响水平,综合考虑极限载荷和最大径向位移,采用区间取值(RTV)综合评分法进行了多目标结构参数优化。分析发现管径增大导致极限载荷增加,孔径和孔数增大导致极限载荷减小;管径、孔径和孔数增大都导致径向位移增大;在各种参数中,孔径的影响最为明显。 Based on Taguchi Method, an orthogonal table was designed with the inner radius, the hole radius and hole number which were set to three levels. For each numerical experiment, the limit loads and the maximum radial displacement were computed by finite element method. With range and variance analysis of the numerical results, the effect of each shape factor was determined. Multi-objective parametric optimization was performed with consideration of the limit loads and the maximum radial displacement by Region Taking Value (RTV) method. It was shown that the increase of the inner radius leads to the increase of the limit loads. But the in- crease of hole radius and hole numbers results in the decrease of the limit loads. The increase of each factor mentioned above leads to the increase of the maximum radial displacement. Of all the factors, the hole radius is the most significant one.
