摘要
研究采用氧压碱浸工艺处理氨浸钼渣,在浸出温度180℃、时间2 h、氧分压200 kPa、液固比2∶1、纯碱量为化学反应理论量的2.5倍时钼的浸出率可达96%以上。本工艺具有钼浸出率高、对环境友好以及提高经济效益的目的。
A new process is implemented to leach the molybdenum residue by oxygen pressure alkaline leaching. The optimum technological conditions are as follows: leaching temperature is 453 K, leaching period is 2 hours, partial pressure of oxygen is 200 kPa, L: S is 2, the moral ratio ( Na2CO3/Mo) is 2.5. Molybdenum extraction is more than 96% . The pressure leaching process has the advantages of leaching molybdenum, environmentally friendly, high economic returns , and etc.
