摘要 京石客运专线石太直通线跨307国道大桥最高墩74m,墩身截面大、形状复杂、坡比变化多,经比选高墩采用悬臂模板施工。主要介绍钢木结合的LB-240悬臂模板系统结构组成与构造、模板埋件施工工艺以及高墩形状控制措施。实践证明采用的施工技术操作简单、安全高效,很好地解决了墩身坡比频繁变化的技术难题。 The bridge of the Shi-Tai direct section of the Beijing-Shijiazhuang Railway has to cross National Highway 307,with its tallest pier being 74min height,the cross-section of the piers being large,the shape of the piers being complex,and the slope ratios being much changeable.After careful comparison and choice,the tall piers are to be built with cantilever templates.The structural composition and construction of type-LB-240steel-and-wood composite cantilever formwork,the construction processes for built-in parts of the template and the linearity-control measures for tall piers are introduced in detail in the paper.The construction practice proves that the construction techniques adopted for the project are simple in operation,safe and effective,and help well solve the technical problems in the pier ratios being changeable.
