摘要
结合某铁路桥梁圆端形薄壁变坡空心高墩群施工实例,介绍了圆端形薄壁变坡空心高墩“一模到顶”满配式模板和圆端可调翻模两种模板配置形式及设计思路,计算确定了两种形式模板配置数量,分析了两种形式模板的特点。实践证明,“一模到顶”满配式模板、圆端可调翻模两种模板配置形式均适合连续高墩群施工;圆端可调翻模虽设计复杂、加工精度要求更高,但其经济性更好、适用性更强。
With the construction of a round-ended,thin-walled,variable-sloped hollow tall pier group for a railway bridge as a practical example,introduced in the present paper are two kinds of form configurations:one is the " one-form-thro ugh-to-thetop " fully-configured form and the other is round-ended adjustable flip die,and the thinking ways of their design,with the number of the forming plates to be configured respectively for the two kinds decided by calculations,and the formal characteristics of the two kinds analyzed.It is proved in practice that the two kinds of form configurations are both suitable for the construction of continuous tall pier groups.Although the round-ended adjustable flip die is more complex in design and more demanding in processing accuracy,it has the advantages of being better in both economy and applicability.
