摘要
服装大规模定制系统中实现个性化定制的一个重要问题是对个体服装的成衣尺寸的设计,目前这方面的研究和操作均由企业进行实际人体着装测量,同时加入测量者的经验值而获得,在反应速度、尺寸精准度和尺寸稳定性方面都较难满足大规模生产需要。研究了形体测量尺寸与衬衫成衣规格的相关性,获得成衣尺寸的主成分因子,利用神经网络算法建立从测量尺寸到成衣尺寸的自动推理模型,提高了个体样片的生成速度和合体度。
Designing clothes size for individual is a focus thing in Mass Customization. Generally, custom' s clothes size is measured by designer depending on themselves' experience, which is difficult to satisfy the Mass Customization because of the low responsive speed and the inaccurate measurement. In this article is researched the relationship between body measurement and blouse size with put forward a math mode to design blouse size automatically by use of the main size factors and obtained BP neural net. The result shows it is useful to make the blouse more suitable to customer.
