摘要
目的考察肾茶提取物对麻醉犬呼吸系统的影响。方法肾茶提取物48.0、144.0、432.0mg/kg(相当于肾茶提取物生药量0.48、1.44、4.32g/kg)十二指肠给药,用八道生理记录仪记录给药前后相关指标的变化,考察其对呼吸系统的影响。结果肾茶提取物对麻醉犬呼吸深度和呼吸频率均无明显影响。结论肾茶提取物对动物呼吸系统无明显影响。
Objective To study the effects of the orthosiphon extract on canine＇s respiratory system. Methods The effects of different doses of 48.0, 144.0, 432.0mg/kg of the orthosiphon extract （be to the health dose of the orthosiphon extract of 0.48,1.44,4.32g/kg） on canine＇s respiratory system via duodenum were recorded by eight-channel physiological recorder. Results Orthosiphon extract has no obvious influence on the frequency and depth of respiration of dogs. Conclusion The orthosiphon extract has no obvious effects on respiratory system of the experimental animal.
