摘要
倡导以尽可能小的资源消耗和环境成本,实现经济与资源环境协调发展的循环经济发展模式,是产业集群可持续发展的现实选择。产业集群正在成为推动湖北经济发展的重要途径,但也面临来自资源环境的约束。政府积极推动和政策引导是产业集群发展循环经济,实现可持续发展的重要保证。
Advocated by the consumption of resource and environmental cost as small as possible so as to achieve the coordinated development of resource and environment, the recycle economy development mode, is a realistic choice of realizing the sustainable development of industrial clusters. The development of industrial clusters is becoming an important way of promoting Hubei economic development, and facing with the restraint from resource and environment. The government should promote actively and play a role of policy guidance in order to ensure the sustainable development of industrial cluster by developing recycle economy.
