生态工业园是根据循环经济理论和工业生态学原理建立的一种与生态环境和谐共存的新型工业园,是我国发展循环经济,实现经济社会可持续发展的战略选择。由于生态工业园建设是一项复杂的系统工程,其建设领域具有较强的社会性,因此,需要政府、企业、工业园区共同努力加以推进。
Eco - industrial park that can be harmonious to get along with the ecological environment, is an new model ind ustrial park based on principle of circular economy and industrial ecology. The eco - industrial park is our countr＇s strategy choice which is used to develop circular economy and realize the sustainable development of economy and society. The eco - industrial park is a complicated system engineering, and its construction has some strong social nature, so the government, enterprise and industrial park should make joint efforts towards its development.
