摘要
绩效沟通是绩效管理中的一个重要组成部分,也是绩效管理是否有效的关键因素。而管理者往往忽视了这个关键因素,使其成为绩效管理的"隐性杀手"。文章运用绩效管理和沟通原理对我国企业绩效沟通的存在问题进行分析,并提出了实施持续有效的绩效沟通的基本策略。
Performance communication is an important part of the effectiveness of performance management, and it is also a key factor. However, the managers often overlook this key factor, making it the "hidden killer" of the performance management. In this paper, we use the principle of performance management and communication to analysis the communication problems of business performance, and then propose the recommendations for improvement.
