摘要
针对人工编烟费时费工,现有机械编烟效率较低、损伤烟筋的问题,采用间歇输送和间歇穿针技术,研究开发了作业效率高、编烟质量好的新型编烟机。使用测试表明,该型烟叶编织机实际应用效率是手工编烟的4倍以上,具有较好的推广应用前景。
A new machine used for tobacco leaf knitting was developed in order to increase the efficiency in tobacco leaf knitting. The feeding and needle threading were intermittent. Test results shows that the efficiency in tobacco leaf knitting with this machine is four times higher than that with hand knitting. It has wide perspective in application.
