摘要
在发展现代烟草农业的背景下,对国内外现有编烟技术进行了调研,2007—2009年进行了6YB-15型编烟机的研制和试验。对比试验表明,6YB-15型编烟机的编烟效率是人工的4.64倍,编烟质量明显提高;每炉按装烟360杆计算,可节省编烟用工成本104.72元,烤后橘黄色烟比例增加2.9个百分点,均价提高1.07元/kg。
With the development of modem agriculture, on the basis of existing leaf tobacco weaving machine investigation, a new type weaving machine （6YB-15） was designed and tested. The results showed that 6YB-15 weaving machine could improve efficiency by 4-5 times, save labor expense by 104.72 yuan, increase orange leave proportion by 2.9 percentage points each barn. The average price increased by 1.07 yuan/kg.
