摘要
目的分析醴陵市疾病预防控制中心(CDC)艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)人群人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染情况,为醴陵市预防HIV传播提供科学依据。方法收集整理2008年1月-2010年12月醴陵市CDC的VCT人群人口学信息及HIV抗体检测结果,用描述性方法进行分析。结果参加VCT者1 605人,初筛并经确认HIV抗体阳性者18例,阳性检出率1.12%;50岁及以上者检出率(5.66%)高于其他年龄组(P<0.01);离异或丧偶者检出率(2.15%)高于未婚者(1.31%)和已婚者(1.00%)(P<0.01);小学文化程度者检出率(3.85%)高于其他文化程度者(P<0.01);有男男性行为史者检出率(33.33%)高于其他求询原因者(P<0.01);既往接受过HIV检测者检出率(2.04%)高于初次检测者(1.09%)(P<0.01)。HIV传播途径以性接触为主,占61.11%。结论本次调查的VCT人群中以50岁以上、离异或丧偶者以及小学文化程度、体力劳动者为HIV感染高危人群。应针对上述高危人群特点,开展艾滋病防治知识宣传教育和进行干预,阻断HIV传播。
Objective To analyze the HIV infection status in the population receiving voluntary counseling and testing（VCT） in Liling Municipal CDC,and to offer the scientific evidence for prevention and control of HIV in Liling. Methods The demographic characteristics and HIV antibody test results of population receiving VCT in Liling Municipal CDC from January 2008 to December 2010 were collected,and then the data were analyzed using descriptive method. Results There were 1,605 persons received VCT,of which 18 cases were confirmed to be HIV positive,and the positive rate was 1.12%.The detection rate in the group of 50 years or above（5.66%） was higher than those of other age groups（P0.01）.The detection rate of the divorced and widowed persons （2.15%） was higher than those of the unmarried（1.31%） and married persons（1.00%）,（P0.01）.The detection rate of persons with a primary school education（3.85%） was higher than those with other educational backgrounds（P0.01）.The detection rate of MSM（33.33%） was higher than those receiving VCT for other reasons（P0.01）.The detection rate of persons who had received VCT before（2.04%） was higher than those who received VCT for the first time（1.09%）,（P0.01）.The major transmission route of HIV was sexual contact,accounted for 61.11%. Conclusions The results suggest that the high-risk populations for HIV infection are adults aged 50 years or above,the divorced or widowed,adults with a primary school education,and manual workers.Not only targeted propaganda and education about HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment but also targeted interventions should be carried out on the inhibition of HIV transmission.
