摘要
采用文献资料、问卷调查、逻辑分析、数据统计等研究方法,对福建省15所本科院校中200位体育教师进行问卷调查,从我省本科高校体育教师队伍的激励现状及存在的问题入手,提出应建立体育教师目标管理机制,构建体育教师情感管理机制,以人为本,完善考评体系,强化奖励机制,规范聘任制度,满足教师需要的实事求是等原则,从而优化和完善我省高校体育教师激励机制。
Using the methods of literature, questionnaire, logic analysis, statistics and other research methods, to Fujian province 15 universities in 200 PE teachers conducted a questionnaire survey, from me province college sports teachers incentive present situation and the existence question, proposed the establishment of physical education teachers management mechanism, constructing PE Teachers'emotlonal management mechanism, people -ori- ented, perfect appraisal system, strengthen the incentive mechanism, standardize appointment system, meet tke needs of teachers of seek truth from facts and principles, to optimize and improve our province university sports teachers incentive mechanism.
