摘要
通过 1 :2异型坯水模型实验 ,研究了马钢 760mm× 460mm× 1 2 0mm异型坯结晶器在不同水口结构、不同工艺参数条件下的流场。结果表明在其他条件下相同时夹角 1 2 0°水口较 1 0 0°水口的流场较为合理 ,工作拉速下应采用正面开孔倾角为 9° ,侧孔倾角 1 5°水口结构。
Through the experiments with water model of 1:2 ratio,different flowing distribution resulted from different nozzle structures and technological parameters in 760mm×460mm×120mm profiled blank mould in Ma Anshan Iron & Steel Co.is studied in this paper.The results show that under the same conditions,the flowing distribution at the nozzle angle 120° is more appropriate than that at 100° angle,and the ideal nozzle structure used under normal casting speed is 9° tilt angle of front spout and 15° tilt angle of side spout.
