摘要 在钢铁产品的结构组成中,各种异型钢材占很重要部分。近终形异型连铸坯是生产H型钢最理想的坯料,目前国内仅有三条异型坯连铸生产线。作为一种新型坯型,异型坯连铸技术在国内外均属刚刚起步阶段,加上异型坯截面形状比较复杂,在其生产过程中容易存在较多的内部质量和表面质量缺陷。通过分析异型坯连铸的特点及关键技术,并结合生产中异型坯出现的主要质量缺陷,指出了我国在异型坯连铸技术上的进一步研究方向。 In the steel products, various special-shaped steel plays an important part. The most ideal blank for the production of H-shaped steel is near-net-shape continuous casting beam blank. Currently there are only three beam blank continuous casting production lines in our country, As a production technology for a new type of blank, the continuous casting technology of beam blank is still in its infancy stage either at home or abroad. The cross-section of beam blank is complicated in shape. So its production process is vulnerable to the internal quality and surface quality defects. This paper points out the direction of further study on beam blank continuous casting technology in China, by analyzing the characteristics of beam blank continuous casting and its concerning key technologies, and considering the main quality defects in the production of beam blank.
