摘要
针对丝、棉、麻3种纤维不同的染色性能,研制了适合于丝/棉/麻混纺或交织织物染色的同色匀染剂DL-66,探讨了配套的染整工艺,包括同色匀染剂用量、活性染料筛选、碱剂浓度、染色温度、固色温度与时间等工艺参数。
In order to make different fibers have uniform colors in dyeing, the leveling agent DL-66 was prepared to process the fabric made of silk, cotton and hemp. Meanwhile, the suitable one-bath dyeing and finishing process was researched, including the dosage of DL-66, the filtering of reactive dyes, the concentration of alkaline agent, dyeing temperature, temperature and time of dye fixation, etc.
